Scope:
Terralab worked with the developer to establish an identity for the project that complemented their home product and market focus. The project included community branding, as well as the design of the entry sequence, monuments, signage, vertical hardscape, and landscape elements.
Impact:
Shadowdale Terrace is a small, single family gated community located within the city limits of Houston. Branching into urban development, the developer was looking to create a new residential product unique to the area. The design showcases a variety of local native and adapted plant material, as well as smart-water irrigation features.
