Scope:
Terralab has been tasked with working with the Client's planning and design consultants to create extraordinary amenities throughout the neighborhood. From temporary renovations to design of day spa facilities, and trails for the community, the scope of work is wide and varied. At the same time, the project demands the close attention and quality of any hospitality project.
Impact:
Bluejack National is set into the rolling pine forests of northwest Houston. Featuring an 18-hole Tiger Woods-designed golf course, the property is planned to have several types of single-family homes, condominiums, and member amenities. Terralab is designing and coordinating the development of private and public spaces throughout. A luxury day-spa facility, neighborhood trails, playgrounds, parks, and wayfinding elements are all part of the experience of every day living and weekend respite. Key elements of the design include extensive retaining walls to preserve existing trees and enhanced views, native plantings, and smart-water use irrigation systems.
