Scope:
Terralab is providing master amenity planning, entry and wayfinding design, trails, landscape, and recreation facilities throughout the project. Additionally, artwork design and coordination is a major part of the project throughout. Terralab is providing full design and construction observation services.
Impact:
ARTAVIA®. is a master-planned community just east of Conroe, Texas. There are several thousand single-family homes and commercial properties being built as part of the development. The site is fully wooded and those woodlands are a vital part of the property. Terralab and the developer are committed to saving, enhancing, and re-foresting the wooded areas as part of the development. Artwork and trails are vital components of the neighborhood. The theme for the development is "Live Colorfully". The interaction of art, nature, and healthy living is a prominent element, promoted through thougthful design.
