Scope:
Terralab's task is to create a highly-curated space to enjoy year-round in the Uptown area of Houston. An identity for the community was created utilizing strategically located specimen trees, unique plants, and a bevy of hardscape materials. THe project included community branding, as well as the design of the entry sequence, community park + pool + social scene, signage, trails, and landscape elements.
Impact:
Dunvale Village is a single-family, gated community located within the city limits of Houston.. Continuing on the success with urban-infill development, the developer was looking to create a new residential product unique to the area. The design showcases a variety of local native and adapted plant material, as well as smart-water irrigation features.
