Scope:
Terralab is providing planning consultation, wayfinding design, trails, landscape, and recreation facilities throughout the project. Terralab is providing full design and construction observation services and ongoing consultation post-construction.
Impact:
Creekhaven is a master-planned community in Iowa Colony, TX. The project spans nearly 1,000 acres in the south-Houston metro area. The project will contain over 2,000 homes and several commercial devvelopments. Design for the project incorporates the concept of winding creek patterns in all of the spaces that stitch the community together. Custom rockwork and patterns are a big part of the essence of the shared spaces. The community will feature several parks, including at least one large community pool and active recreation park, and miles of multi-purpose trails.
