Scope:
Terralab is charged with carrying out the project vision through design and observation services for sections 70 + 72 in the aliana master-planned community. The project includes trails, streetscape enhancements, adventure play pocket park, and natural area overlooks.
Impact:
The aesthetic for the park and streetscape is reflective of the overall neighnorhood character, utilizing rolling hills and berms, natural tree planting arrangements, winding trails, and exciting park features. The pocket park for the neighborhood features adventurous climbing elements, natural materials, rockwork and grading features. A dry creek bed with native plantings is designed to mimic the adjacent natural wetland area, as well as buffer the playground from the adjacent street.
